The Afghan Embassy in Berlin is Afghanistan’s official diplomatic mission in Germany. The Embassy provides diplomatic representation and supports Afghan nationals through consular guidance and citizen assistance, subject to official procedures and applicable regulations.

Our responsibilities

The Consulate is responsible for:

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
